Eric Doumerc

Eric Doumerc teachs English at the university of Toulouse-Le Mirail in Toulouse ( southwestern France). He wrote his doctoral dissertation on the influence of the Caribbean oral tradition on Black British performance poetry. His main interests include the study of Jamaican deejaying (the early 1970's period) and its influence on oral poetry.
