Wadi Gad’s latest album, Give Love a Try, has just been released and is already

songs. David “Hodge” Lodge joins Wadi for three tracks, in addition to fellow 
LA strongman, Shakaman and Toots Hibbert’s son, Junior Toots, does a guest dj 
appearance on “Stronga.” Overall, this is album is full of “clean crisp

mixed by the great engineer ‘Scientist’ (Hopeton Brown), Dread Flintstone 
presents Rockers for the Most High which includes, amongst others, Gregory 
Issac as well as Zion High Release featuring Ras Attitude and Batch in which 
Wadi was responsible for creating the riddims and performing the percussion on 
eight tracks.

2005 finds Wadi Gad focusing on his solo singing and songwriting career with
