Diane Adam is a fine art photographer from the Cleveland Institute of Art and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. In 1996 she relocated to Berkeley, California. Presently, she is Assistant Editor and Staff Writer/Photographer for San Francisco’s Reggae Review where her column, “Movin’ Down The World Beat Road” took shape in 1997. Her great love and respect for the Rastafarian way of life and the Jamaican people has distinguished her work and positively fueled her creativity since her early inception into the chronicles of Reggae music. She has interviewed and photographed many Reggae artists including Michael Rose, Sizzla, Anthony B., Twinkle Brothers and Sister Carol. Her photography has also been published in many well-known publications including San Francisco Bay Guardian, Los Angeles’ Beat, San Jose’s City Flight and the premier issue of New York’s Heads magazines. |
