Steve Barrow is a noted Reggae historian and co-founder of the label Blood & Fire. Steve compiled one of the definitive compilations of Jamaican Music, "Tougher Than Tough" a 4 CD set on Island Records. He is co-author of the "Reggae: The Rough Guide - the defintive guide to Jamaican music, from ska through roots to ragga.
