cancer. If that's not bad enough, he has limited funds to get treatment in
the USA where he lives. 

What to do ? Well I've opened up an auction on the Blood & Fire board to
take bids for the following bundle of three titles on CD: 

~ Laurel Aitken - Woppi king - 20 tracks like 'Jesse James'. 
~ Derrick Morgan - Derrick-top-the-pop - 20 tracks like 'Moon hop'. 
~ Lloyd Charmers / Hippy Boys - Psychedelic Reggae - 22 instrumentals. 

All are Early / Skinhead Reggae from 1968-70, are legitimate releases (not
bootlegs) & retail for around £12.99 each. 

How much do I want ? A min. bid of £9.00 for the three (+ P&P) !

Larry Marshall, one of the founding fathers of reggae, has prostate cancer.
Having never reaped the rewards his career deserved, Larry has had to earn
a living by working on building sites in Miami. He is not critical and is
receiving treatment. I feel it's time to let him know that he is not forgotten.

We are auctioning two items for Larry, with more to come in three weeks
(after my honeymoon). The auctions end quite soon (13 hours from the time
of writing) so please don't delay.

offer of $250.00. Others have posted much smaller amounts, but they are
still VERY welcome. Larry and Mary have been very moved to know that people
still care.
