CanJa Sounds produced releases are now available at most local outlets
and all major online retail stores (including Tower Records, CDNow,
CDUniverse and CDBaby). Releases can also be purchased online in Europe
at Tower Records (UK) and Atanata Records (FR). Titles are also available

Dancehall deejay, Gatlin, has been dropping vocals on some HOT dancehall
tracks produced by "Spyda" KB. The music alone has created a buzz amongst
a few in music circles. Those who have had a chance to listen to the
tracks, noticed a different direction from the CanJa Sounds camp - a
direction that will definitely make people take notice. In the meantime,
Gatlin is preparing to tour with Major Damage. Stay tuned for more as the
tracks may appear here on this site....


Dakeye of Detour Posse has been in the CanJa Sounds studio working on new
material for his debut solo album, tentatively titled Love Is Life - Life
Is Love. The album is slated for an early October release....


Out of Belize, Caribbean Xchange (CX), are putting the finishing touches
on their debut release. They had called on CanJa Sounds for some fresh
and innovative production work. CX will be releasing an EP entitled
Section 8, later this year, that will feature their talents that blend
hip-hop and R&B with hard hitting dancehall music. Keep a firm look out
for them as they are about to make some noise....
